Equality - A Struggle for Women

born from the same specie,
why a he but not she.
why such underlying policy,
that she deserves inequality.

when he gets to see the stars,
silently she weeps behinds the bars.
forced her to do the chores,
looping life behind the doors.

women, in his eyes merely a puppet,
for him a buffet but her a nugget.
why such discrimination,
for her to live on his donation.

humanity never born with a tag,
for he and she is a separate flag.
once follow her given trail,
he equals she shall prevail.

give her the opportunity,
to work among unity.
when given the right chance,
any work she can enhance

the thoughts in her mind,
can advance man-kind.
she, born to be smart,
in need for a kick-start.

break the barrier
and let her be a carrier.
to a world whole new,
where different ideas she shall brew.
