SICSR Innovators: From Classroom to Cybersecurity Startup

Ms. Masumi Jain (BCA Batch 2023–2027) and Ms. Nitisha Punmiya (BCA Batch 2024–2028),
two enterprising students of the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR), have transformed a simple junior–senior conversation into a promising cybersecurity venture — Unhackd.

What began with a curious question, “Why is cybersecurity so confusing?” and an engaging discussion around learning and systems soon evolved into a startup focused on bringing clarity and accessibility to the cybersecurity domain. Their journey highlights the power of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation, showcasing SICSR students actively shaping the future of the tech world.

Built by women in cybersecurity, Masumi and Nitisha stand as inspiring examples of how impactful ideas can emerge from simple questions, determination, and a shared vision.
