Speaker Biography:
Ashwini Ogale has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 10 years including international locations Germany and Singapore. She currently works as a Senior Executive – Human Resources at Yardi Software India Private Limited.
About the Session:
The session was about how the world is moving towards Digital Transformation and how the technology is also being used in Talent Management Department. She focused more on the upcoming trends of 2020 and how Talent Management was getting digitally transformed.
