The SICSR Rubyon Sports Fest (Futsal) 2026, organized by the Sports Council of Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, was held on 11 March 2026 at Force Playing Fields. The one-day intra-college men’s futsal tournament featured seven teams comprising six players each, showcasing excellent teamwork, coordination, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
The tournament aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition among students. Participants from various academic batches displayed strong game strategy, determination, and competitive spirit. The knockout-format matches were played with great enthusiasm and intensity, making the event one of the major highlights of the sports fest.
In the final standings, Team Six Seven (Semester 4) secured the winner’s position, followed by DSR Team (Semester 2) as runners-up and Panda FC (MBA) as second runners-up. Individual excellence was also recognized, with Garv Shah (Semester 4) receiving the Golden Glove award for outstanding goalkeeping and Avdut (Semester 4) winning the Golden Boot award for his exceptional attacking performance.
The event was successfully conducted under the guidance of Director Prof. Dr. Jatinderkumar R. Saini and Sports Coordinator Mr. Ashish Garud. The tournament was completed smoothly and successfully encouraged fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and active student participation, contributing positively to the spirit of the SICSR Rubyon Sports Fest.
