The Badminton Mixed Doubles Tournament was organized by the Sports Council of SICSR as part of the SICSR Rubyon Sports Fest and was held on 28th February 2026 at Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences (SSSS), Lavale Campus. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 14 teams from various academic programs across the institute.
The tournament aimed to promote teamwork, agility, and healthy competition among students. Participants displayed excellent coordination, stamina, and sportsmanship throughout the high-energy matches. All fixtures were conducted fairly and in accordance with the tournament rules.
The event concluded with Harkirat Singh and Amaanat Birring (BCA 2nd Year) securing the 1st place, followed by Aryan Rai and Mahi Vipul Gajjar (BCA 1st Year) in 2nd place, and Dhruv Motwani and Swara Kuthe (BCA 3rd Year) clinching the 3rd place position.
The tournament was conducted smoothly without any misunderstandings, disputes, or feuds among participants. Overall, the event was a success and contributed positively to the spirit of the Rubyon Sports Fest.
