The session on Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Business Model Fit aimed to help participants understand how to design, analyze, and evaluate effective business models. The speaker introduced the Business Model Canvas as a visual framework consisting of key components such as customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, partnerships, and cost structure.

The session emphasized the importance of understanding customer needs, creating strong value propositions, and aligning operational and financial strategies to ensure business sustainability. Participants were also introduced to the concept of Business Model Fit, particularly market-fit and revenue-fit, which focuses on matching business offerings with customer demand, willingness to pay, and market conditions.

Through real-world examples, including successful companies and startup failures, the speaker highlighted the significance of timing, scalability, and strategic alignment in achieving long-term success. Overall, the session provided practical insights into building customer-centric, scalable, and sustainable business models while avoiding common business challenges and pitfalls.
