The Placement Cell at SICSR hosted a guest session on “The Other Side of the Table” on 26 July 2025, led by esteemed alumnus Mr. Ayush Basandani, Talent Scout at ZS Associates. The session provided a recruiter’s perspective on hiring, highlighting the importance of curiosity, adaptability, and authenticity.
Using relatable analogies and candid discussions on LinkedIn, AI in interviews, and handling rejections, the session was practical and eye-opening for students.
