Dr. Madhu Arora delivered a research discussion session on “SLR Using SPAR-4 Tool,” focusing on conducting Systematic Literature Reviews using the SPAR-4 framework (Scientific Procedures and Rationales for Systematic Literature Reviews). Widely applied in social sciences and management research, SPAR-4 provides a structured and transparent approach to literature review.
The session explained the four key phases of SPAR-4 scientific foundation, protocol development, analysis, and reporting and emphasized the importance of well-defined research questions, rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria, and systematic synthesis of findings. The lecture highlighted how SPAR-4 helps researchers identify knowledge gaps and develop impactful, methodologically sound research.
