Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR), in collaboration with the Symbiosis Society, Pune, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with deep pride, patriotism, and unity. The event was graced by Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Principal Director and Pro Chancellor, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), who unfurled the National Flag and delivered an inspiring address that ignited a sense of national pride and motivation among the attendees. The celebration commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Jatinderkumar R. Saini, Professor and Director of SICSR. His words set the tone for the morning, expressing heartfelt respect towards Dr. Yeravdekar and honoring the significance of the day.
The event featured a series of vibrant cultural performances by SICSR students, including energetic dances, soulful music, and engaging anchoring that brought color and joy to the celebration. Their enthusiasm reflected the youthful spirit and cultural richness of the nation. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Parag Ravikant Kaveri, Deputy Director of SICSR, who acknowledged the collective effort of all faculty, students, and staff in making the event a grand success.
