My name is Firdous, and I am an international student pursuing BCA at SICSR. I come from Syria, and moving to India was a big step in my academic journey. When I arrived, I had very little knowledge of programming and limited English skills. But I was determined to grow. I started learning Python and C++ on my own by watching tutorials and building small projects.
One of the things I'm most proud of is how I created simple interactive programs like a password checker, number guesser, and even basic games using Python. I also built mini tools that can identify even or odd numbers, count attempts, and take input from users - and I debugged all of them myself using PyCharm! Learning programming in a new language was not easy, but every challenge made me stronger. I've also been improving my English daily, combining technical and communication skills to be ready for future job opportunities.
I believe growth comes from consistency, curiosity, and community - and I'm happy to be part of the SICSR family. Thank you for this opportunity!
