About Prof. Dr. Thomas Schomerus: Prof. Dr. Thomas Schomerus is a highly acclaimed advocate, sitting judge and researcher in the area of environmental laws, energy laws and related climate change litigations. He is also the head of LLM and PhD program at Leuphana University, Germany.
About Dr. Dorte Fouquet: Dr. Dorte Fouquet is a senior advocate from Brussels and a recognized international expert in the areas of energy, environmental and competition law.
Event Description:
The students understood the importance of litigation against climate change and eventually could realize that their generation need to contribute to the solutions for climate action. The students from BBA-IT & MBA-IT programs benefited from the session.
