On 17th October 2023, Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Pune, hosted "RANGTAAL", an exhilarating and vibrant Garba night event to celebrate the spirit of Navratri. The aura of the venue, located at the SICSR parking area, was imbued with festive fervor, reflecting the rich traditions of Navratri. The event was adorned with a mesmerizing backdrop that showcased intricately designed illustrations representing the essence of Navratri, including the powerful and serene eyes of Goddess Durga. The rhythmic sounds of traditional Garba music reverberated through the evening, encapsulating attendees in a whirlwind of dance and devotion. The vivid colours, gleaming lights, and the soulful music made the night unforgettable.
Attendees, dressed in traditional attire, swayed and twirled, honouring the age-old traditions of Garba and Dandiya. The golden bells and flower garlands added a touch of tradition and beauty to the décor, symbolizing prosperity and joy. " RANGTAAL " not only brought together the students and faculty of SICSR but also kindled the spirit of unity, devotion, and celebration among them. The event was a testament to the institute's commitment to fostering cultural understanding and appreciation among its community. RANGTAAL was indeed a resounding success, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who attended, and setting a benchmark for future cultural events at SICSR.
