Aditya Bajaj went to Bangalore on the 12 th of December 2022 to attend the Microwave, Antennas, and Propagation Conference (MAPCON) Conference. MAPCON 2022 created an international platform for Microwave, Antenna and Propagation experts and technologist from Industry, Academia and Startup ecosystem to collaborate and share their vision, expertise and knowledge. It included technical sessions, poster sessions, special sessions, invited talks, workshops, tutorials, focusing track on Young Professionals, Women in Engineering and SIGHT. Eminent professionals from International Space Agencies, Defense Establishments, National Research Organizations, Academia, and Industries to deliver expert talks and tutorials and organize special sessions related to recent developments.
Objectives:
- To provide an international platform for professionals in microwave, antenna, and propagation to collaborate and share their knowledge and expertise.
- To showcase the latest advancements and research in microwave, antenna, and propagation through technical sessions, poster sessions, special sessions, invited talks, workshops, and tutorials.
- To bring together experts from various organizations, including International Space Agencies, Defense Establishments, National Research Organizations, Academia, and Industries, to share their insights and knowledge.
- To focus on developing young professionals and women in engineering and SIGHT by organizing special sessions for them.
- To provide attendees with opportunities for professional growth and development and to enhance their understanding of the latest microwave, antenna, and propagation developments.
