Pravidhi IEEE Symbiosis Institute Of Computer Studies and Research Student Branch in collaboration with G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management hosted a Cloud and Data Engineering Workshop on August 22. The workshop focused on enhancing the student's knowledge of the future of cloud and data engineering in the I.T. industry. Mr. Girish Baxi and Ms. Amrita Maitra gave students an overview of the Cloud and Data Engineering Workshop. They discussed the basics of the cloud and showed students how they could perform tasks using the services provided by the IBM cloud. Girish Baxi is a senior data engineer at IBM. He has been with IBM for 18 years and has 21 years of industry experience. And the Multi-Armed Bandit Problem.
Ms Manisha Parulekar, SAP PP Senior Consultant with 30+ years of Manufacturing experience, including 14 years of SAP Consulting and 17 years of domain experience in the Electronics and Telecommunications Industry, was the keynote speaker. She spoke about the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, the leader in business applications that run simply with the best in cloud, analytics, and mobile solutions.
Ms. Amrita Maitra’s session was extremely interactive and informative. She discussed the basics of cloud and not only gave theoretical knowledge but also showed students how they can perform the task using the cloud services provided by the IBM cloud.She discussed the Career in Cloud and shared how to get certified in cloud technology. More than 150 students and 20 faculties were beneficiaries of the workshop.
Two days workshop on Cloud and Data Engineering conducted by G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune. It was sponsored by IEEE R10 Educational activities under Capacity Building workshop scheme and IEEE Educational activities Pune section. More than 150 students and 20 faculties were beneficiaries of the workshop. The speaker of the Workshop was Saurav Yadav, Business Analyst at Prushal Technology Pvt Ltd.
